Cosil Solutions Limited
Cosil Solutions Limited provides civil and commercial mediation and strategic dispute consultancy in London and nationwide. We help individuals, businesses and organisations make sense of housing, property and commercial disputes, organise the issues and explore proportionate ways forward.
WHO WE ARE
Cosil is a strategic dispute consultancy and civil and commercial mediation practice led by Insley Ettienne, an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. Insley brings more than 20 years of professional experience across housing, property, complaints, governance and complex casework. Based in London, Cosil offers services nationwide.
WHAT WE DO
Strategic dispute consultancy and case support: helping clients organise documents and evidence, review complaints, assess practical risks and identify next steps. We can work alongside landlords, tenants, leaseholders, property professionals, contractors, law firms and internal teams.
Civil and commercial mediation: an impartial mediator provides a structured opportunity for parties to discuss their differences and explore whether they can agree a workable resolution. Consultancy and impartial mediation are scoped separately according to the matter.
Matters include housing and property disputes, leasehold and service charge issues, landlord and tenant concerns, boundary and neighbour disputes, commercial and contractual disagreements, and organisational complaints.
WHY COSIL
We bring practical housing and property experience, careful attention to documents and evidence, and a calm, structured approach to difficult conversations. Our focus is clarity, early intervention and proportionate next steps, with the service tailored to the circumstances.
