DLPUK an independent property development consultancy based in Cheshire, working with clients across residential and mixed-use property development focusing on development, land and project management.
We specialise in residential and mixed-use development across a broad range of asset types, including Build to Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), high-density residential and mixed-use schemes. Our experience also extends to new-build development, conversions, PDR schemes, listed and heritage buildings, refurbishments and regeneration projects, giving us experience across both new and existing property.
Our involvement can be as straightforward as an independent review, appraisal, report or advice to support your project objectives or we can take a more active role through planning, project management, development management and delivery. We work with developers, landowners, investors, family offices and private clients, tailoring our involvement around the project and what the client actually needs.
We’ve worked on everything from assessing sites and securing planning to procurement, financial monitoring, construction, completion and sales so our approach is shaped by what it actually takes to progress, manage and deliver a development.
We’re based in Cheshire and work predominantly across the North West, as well as supporting projects elsewhere in the UK.
